By using the London Neuro Support website, booking appointments, completing forms or accessing our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. ABOUT US
London Neuro Support provides child development support services, including:
• Discovery Calls
• Child Development Clarity Sessions
• Roadmap Sessions
• EHCP Support Sessions
• Speech and Language Therapy
• Behaviour Support
• Learning and Literacy Support

2. IMPORTANT SERVICE NOTICE
London Neuro Support does not currently provide medical diagnosis services.
Our services are intended to provide guidance, clarity, support, recommendations and therapeutic intervention where appropriate.
Participation in our services does not create a doctor-patient relationship.
Where appropriate, families may be advised to seek support from their GP, NHS services or other qualified professionals.
3. DISCOVERY CALLS
Discovery Calls are provided to help determine whether our services may be suitable for your family’s needs.
Discovery Calls:
• Are informational in nature
• Do not constitute assessment or diagnosis
• Do not provide clinical recommendations
• Do not establish an ongoing therapeutic relationship
4. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Appointments are not confirmed until payment has been received.
Prices are subject to change at any time, although confirmed bookings will remain at the agreed rate.
5. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
Appointments cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
Only one reschedule is permitted per booking unless otherwise agreed.
Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in the full appointment fee being charged.
6. REFUNDS
Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Where intake forms, observation documents, professional preparation or clinical review work has already commenced, refunds may not be available.
Completed appointments are generally non-refundable.
7. LATE ARRIVALS
If you arrive late for a session, the appointment may still end at the scheduled time.
Where significant lateness occurs, the session may need to be rescheduled and additional fees may apply.
8. ONLINE APPOINTMENTS
Families are responsible for ensuring:
• Reliable internet access
• Suitable technology
• A private and appropriate environment
• Appropriate supervision of children where required
London Neuro Support is not responsible for disruptions caused by technical issues outside our control.
9. PARENT AND CARER RESPONSIBILITIES
Parents and carers agree to:
• Provide accurate information
• Disclose relevant concerns and history
• Complete forms honestly
• Attend appointments on time
• Participate appropriately in the agreed process
Recommendations are based on the information provided to us.
10. CLINICAL INFORMATION
Our recommendations are based upon information available at the time of consultation.
No guarantee is made regarding outcomes, progress, educational decisions or future developments.
Every child is unique and responds differently to support and intervention.
11. SAFEGUARDING
The welfare of children is paramount.
Where concerns arise regarding the safety or wellbeing of a child or vulnerable person, London Neuro Support may share information with appropriate safeguarding authorities or professionals where necessary.
12. CONFIDENTIALITY
Information shared with London Neuro Support will be treated confidentially except where:
• Consent has been provided
• Safeguarding concerns arise
• Disclosure is required by law
• Disclosure is necessary to protect an individual from harm
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials, reports, documents, resources, website content and service materials remain the property of London Neuro Support unless otherwise stated.
These materials may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially used without written permission.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, London Neuro Support shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or incidental loss arising from the use of our services or website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion would be unlawful.
15. WEBSITE USE
Users agree not to misuse the website, interfere with website functionality or attempt unauthorised access to systems or information.
16. CHANGES TO SERVICES
London Neuro Support reserves the right to modify services, pricing, appointment availability and website content at any time.

18. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
